1-Will other players be able to see my details?

All information players use to register with us is confidential.
The only information other players have access to is your username and your city/town of residence. Other than this information no other player has access to any information you provide us with.
The information is kept in our secure database.


2-For what purposes do you need my personal information?

It is necessary for us to have your personal information for security reasons. Specifically for those players who will at some point wish to make a withdrawal request, we review all personal information closely in order to prevent fraud. We do not give away any personal information, nor do we use it in order to send spam or junk mail.


3-Can I use false information when registering an account?

We do not recommend that players use false information when registering with the site, since this will inevitably cause problems if a player who has registered using false information wishes to make a withdrawal request.


4-How do I change my username?

We discourage username changes, as this is the only way in which players can identify each other in the virtual card room. If you have a compelling reason to change your nickname, you must e-mail your request to the general manager for consideration. Again, we discourage changing nicknames.


5-How can I change the information in my account details?

If for any reason you need to update any of your personal information, you can do so by contacting the Live Help and asking them to assist you with the matter.
