| 1-How does internet wagering work? |

To wager overseas you need what is called an ''Offshore Wagering Account''. An offshore wagering account is very similar to a bank account. The way it works is (a) you give our company some personal information in order to set up your account, (b) we provide you a secure USER ID and PASSWORD so that you can access your account via the phone or online, (c) you deposit some amount of funds into your account (should be enough for at least 5-10 wagers at your comfort level), (d) when you win a wager your offshore wagering account balance will increase and when you lose a wager your offshore wagering account balance will decrease, and (e) you can add or subtract funds from your account whenever you like by simply making a deposit or withdrawal.
